FULCRUM FIXTURE AND MOUNTING METHOD OF FULCRUM FIXTURE
To provide a fulcrum that can connect a fall arrest device without damaging a building frame where equipment such as water heaters are installed, and to make it possible to safely carry out work such as maintenance and replacement of the relevant equipment.SOLUTION: A fulcrum fixture 10 includes a fulcrum 20 to which a fall arrest device can be connected, a lower fixture 30 with the fulcrum 20, including a lower first mounting portion 31 fixed to a frame wall surface 16 by using an existing stud bolt 22 (lower fixing member) for fixing a mounting portion 21 (lower portion) of a device 18 to a building frame wall surface 16 and a lower second mounting portion 32 to which the mounting portion 21 (lower portion) of the device 18 is fixed, and an upper fixture 40 with the fulcrum, including an upper first mounting portion 41 fixed to a frame wall surface 16 by using an existing stud bolt 28 (upper fixing member) for fixing a mounting portion 26 (upper portion) of the device 18 to the building frame wall surface 16 and an upper second mounting portion 42 to which the mounting portion 26 (upper portion) of the device 18 is fixed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
