To preferably manufacture a panel composed of two face-plates and a core member.SOLUTION: A panel manufacturing device comprises: a conveying unit that conveys a panel including a core member containing a thermoplastic resin and formed into a corrugated shape, and a first face-plate containing a thermoplastic resin and formed into a plate shape, and joined to one side surface of the core member, in a conveying direction; a supply unit that supplies a second face-plate containing a thermoplastic resin and formed into a plate shape toward the other side of the core member; and a joining portion that joins the core member and the second face-plate to form a joined portion, wherein the first face-plate has a plurality of through holes formed therethrough for accessing the core member, and the joining portion forms the joined portion through the through hole of the first face-plate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
