RECEIVING FRAME FOR GRATING AND INSTALLATION METHOD THEREOF
To solve the problems of repair and renovation work of concrete covers on road gutters for rainwater, including slab formwork curing by installing a receiving frame for grating, repairing gutters and asphalt pavement after removing concrete and an asphalt coated surface around gutter concrete, which increase labor costs due to the long construction period, scattering of dust during the construction period, obstruction of traffic, and also a heavy burden on residents.SOLUTION: A receiving frame for grating comprises a tubular frame 10, a tubular frame 20 arranged with the same structure so as to face each other in line symmetry with respect to the tubular frame 10, a frame 30 of a belt-like member that connects cylindrical openings of the frames 10 and 20 in parallel by covering them, and a frame 40 that connects the frames 10 and 20 in parallel so as to be parallel to the frame 30. Also provided is a protrusive anchor 5 arranged on the outer sides of the frame 30 and frame 40, which does not interfere with the road gutter and the like when attached to the road gutter and the like.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】雨水等の道路側溝のコンクリート蓋の補修・改修工事等は、側溝コンクリート周囲のコンクリート及びアスファルト塗装面を撤去したのち、グレーチング用受枠を設置してスラブ型枠養生、側溝やアスファルト舗装の補修等、工期が長くなることから人件費の増加や、工事期間中の埃の飛散、通行の妨げ等、住民負担も大きかった。【解決の手段】筒状のフレーム１０と、これに対して線対称に向かい合わせとなるように、同じ構造で配置された筒状のフレーム２０と、フレーム１０とフレーム２０の筒状の開口部を蓋をする形で平行に連結させる帯状部材のフレーム３０と、フレーム３０と平行となるようにフレーム１０とフレーム２０を平行に連結するフレーム４０とを、備えると共に、前記道路側溝等に取り付けられた状態において道路側溝等に干渉しないフレーム３０とフレーム４０の外側側面に突起状のアンカー５を備えるグレーチング用受枠を提供する。【選択図】 図３
