To provide a tomb facility that makes it possible to easily perform tomb transfer and tomb dismantling and a tomb selling system related to selling tombs in the tomb facility.SOLUTION: A tomb facility 1 is composed of: a foundation 2 formed for each one section of a plurality of sections; and tombs 3, 4 each comprising a base part 11 having a charnel chamber inside and a tomb stone part 12 formed so as to be capable of being placed on a placement surface of the base part 11. The respective tombs 3, 4 are configured so that base parts 11 formed so as to have the same shape and size are adopted and tomb stone parts 12 are capable of being detachably attached to their placement surfaces.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】墓の移転や墓じまいを容易に行うことができる墓施設、及び、この墓施設における墓の販売に係る墓販売システムを提供する。【解決手段】墓施設１は、複数の区画の１区画ごとに形成される土台２と、納骨室を内部に有する基礎部１１と、基礎部１１の載置面に載置可能に形成される竿石部１２とを備える墓３、４と、からなる。墓３、４は、それぞれ同一の形状及び大きさに形成された基礎部１１を採用し、載置面に対し竿石部１２を着脱可能に構成される。【選択図】図１
