To provide a tensioning method for precast PC members, which enables tensioning even a PC member that is arranged between two PC members.SOLUTION: A tensioning method for precast PC members for applying prestress to precast members, comprises: a connecting step of connecting one end 13 of a first tendon 12 through which a first floor slab 10 being a precast member, with a second tendon 23 through which a second floor slab 20 penetrates, and connecting the other end 14 of the first tendon 12 of the first floor slab 10, with a third tendon 32 through which a third floor slab 20 arranged in an opposite side of the second floor slab 20 across the first floor slab 10 penetrates; and a tensioning step of tensioning the first tendon 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
