To provide a potable drinking water supply system capable of supplying water without external electricity supply.SOLUTION: A drinking water supply system consists of a first electric power generation unit that generates electric power based on natural energy, an electricity storage part that stores the electric power obtained by the first electric power generation unit, a hydrogen generation unit that generates hydrogen by electrolysis of an electrolytic solution and stores the hydrogen, a second electric power generation unit that generates electric power based on the hydrogen obtained by the hydrogen generation unit, and a water discharge port. The hydrogen generation unit has an electrolytic solution supply unit and a water electrolysis apparatus. The hydrogen generation unit performs electrolysis based on at least one of the electric power obtained in the first electric power generation unit, the electric power stored in the electricity storage unit, or the electric power obtained in the second electric power generation unit. The electrolytic solution supply part has at least a water intake part or a dehumidifying device. Water obtained from at least one of the water intake part and the dehumidifier is supplied as an electrolytic solution to the water electrolysis apparatus. The water obtained from at least one of the water intake part and the dehumidifying device is discharged from the water discharge part as drinking water.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
