FLOOR TILE INSTALLATION METHOD AND HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT TOOL
To provide a floor tile installation method and a height adjustment tool allowing a construction period to be shortened.SOLUTION: A floor tile installation method for attaching floor tiles 4 on a concrete substrate 2 is provided, the method comprising the steps of: applying adhesive mortar 3 on the concrete substrate 2 and placing height adjustment tools 10 on the adhesive mortar 3 to adjust height of the floor tiles 4; installing the floor tiles 4 on the adhesive mortar 3; and leveling the floor tiles. The height adjustment tools 10 are configured by folding slender thin plates, each provided with contact parts 12 contacting rear surfaces of the floor tiles 4, support parts 13 contacting the concrete substrate 2, and adjustment parts 14 connecting the contact parts 12 and the support parts 13 to adjust spaces therebetween. The height adjustment tools 10 is a non-continuous annular body in a circular direction, of which a first end part 15 and a second end part 16 are separated apart from each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
