DIAMETER EXPANSION ATTACHMENT, MODIFICATION METHOD FOR FLOOR LEVELING DEVICE, AND MODIFIED FLOOR LEVELING DEVICE
To provide a diameter expansion attachment that can be used to change the rotation radius of a rotary trowel of a floor leveling device according to the size of the floor area and the shape of the floor surface at a construction site, a modification method for a floor leveling device using the diameter expansion attachment, and a modified floor leveling device equipped with the diameter expansion attachment.SOLUTION: A modified floor leveling device 100 includes a plurality of power-type rotary trowels 1 that rotate like a propeller while contacting a floor surface to be worked (for example, a concrete floor surface after casting), and protection rings 2, 3 arranged to cover the rotating area of the rotary trowel 1. A diameter expansion attachment 30 is detachably attached to the device to surround the protection ring 3 located on the outermost periphery. The diameter expansion attachment 30 includes a frame 36 that can be arranged in a state surrounding the protection ring 3 located on the outer periphery, and a plurality of connecting members 35 that hold the diameter expansion frame 36 in a state surrounding the protection ring 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】施工現場の床面積の広狭や床面形状の違いなどに応じて床面均し装置の回転鏝の回転半径を変更する場合に使用可能な拡径アタッチメント、拡径アタッチメントを用いた床面均し装置改造方法及び拡径アタッチメントを備えた改造床面均し装置を提供する。【解決手段】改造床面均し装置１００は、施工対象床面（例えば、打設後のコンクリート床面）に接触しながらプロペラ状に回転する動力式の複数の回転鏝１と、回転鏝１の回転領域を覆うように配置された保護リング２，３と、を有し、最外周に位置する保護リング３の周りを囲む状態で拡径アタッチメント３０が着脱可能に装着されている。拡径アタッチメント３０は、外周に位置する保護リング３の周りを囲んだ状態に配置可能なフレーム３６と、拡径フレーム３６を保護リング３の周りを囲んだ状態に保持する複数の連結部材３５と、を備えている。【選択図】図１
