To provide a housing and a locking/unlocking system enabling setting up the space where delivery persons can store packages from outside, without being affected by location conditions or interior planning.SOLUTION: A housing includes an entrance space 5, a living space 4 adjacent to the entrance space 5 (a first living space), an entrance door 21 provided in the entrance space 5 and used for coming in and going to outside 11, an indoor door 42 (a first indoor door) provided between the entrance space 5 and the living space 4, an entrance door lock 22 provided on the entrance door 21, an indoor door lock (a first indoor door lock) 43 provided on the indoor door 42, a first key capable of unlocking the entrance door lock 22 and the indoor door lock 43, and a second key capable of unlocking the entrance door lock 22 but not unlocking the indoor door lock 43.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
