NEEDLE PENETRATION MEASURING APPARATUS
To provide a needle penetration measuring apparatus enabling a needle penetration test to be executed simply and quantitatively, without being restricted by a shape or position of a measurement target, through measuring free from variation of a speed or an angle at needle penetration.SOLUTION: A needle penetration measuring apparatus 1 includes: a device main body 2 having a grip part 6; and a penetration mechanism 3 disposed on the device main body 2. The penetration mechanism 3 includes: a penetration needle 32 capable of moving to or away from the device main body 2; a power source 33 configured to supply a power to move the penetration needle 32; and measurement means 30 configured to measure a penetration depth and a penetration resistance load when the penetration needle 32 penetrates a measurement target. The penetration needle 32 moves to or away from a measurement target side of the device main body 2 in a vertical direction in a state holding the grip part 6 and pressing the device main body 2 onto the measurement target.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】測定対象の形状や位置等に限定されることなく、針貫入時の速度や角度にばらつきが生じることがないように測定することで、簡易かつ定量的に針貫入試験を実施することを可能とする針貫入測定装置を提案する。【解決手段】把持部6を有する装置本体2と、装置本体2に設けられた貫入機構3とを有し、貫入機構3は、装置本体2に対して進退可能に設けられた貫入針32と、貫入針32を移動させるための動力を供給する動力源33と、貫入針32を測定対象に貫入させたときの貫入深さおよび貫入抵抗荷重を測定する測定手段30とを備えている針貫入測定装置1。貫入針32は、把持部6を把持して測定対象に装置本体2を押し当てた状態で、装置本体2の測定対象側の面に対して垂直方向に進退する。【選択図】図2
