    To reduce time required to create a hypoxic environment in each of several private training rooms.SOLUTION: A first valve 15 and a second valve 25 in the piping 85 that distributes nitrogen purified by a nitrogen purifier 82 to a first and second private training rooms 10 and 20 are provided. The first valve 15 is opened and closed and controlled so that the oxygen concentration in the first private training room 10 becomes target oxygen concentration, and the second valve 25 is opened and closed and controlled so that oxygen concentration in the second private training room 20 becomes the target oxygen concentration.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】個室タイプのトレーニングルームを複数設けて各々で低酸素環境を作る場合に要する時間を短縮する。【解決手段】窒素精製器８２で精製された窒素を第１及び第２の個室型トレーニングルーム１０、２０に分配する配管８５に第１弁１５及び第２弁２５を設ける。第１の個室型トレーニングルーム１０内の酸素濃度が目標酸素濃度となるように第１弁１５を開閉制御するとともに、第２の個室型トレーニングルーム２０内の酸素濃度が目標酸素濃度となるように第２弁２５を開閉制御する。【選択図】図１
