To provide a concrete compaction method, a concrete compaction device and a needle attachment for the concrete compaction device that can improve mechanical properties without causing a significant decrease in work efficiency.SOLUTION: The present invention includes manufacturing step S1 for manufacturing a laminate using a cementitious material, needle insertion step S2 for inserting a plurality of needles into the laminate from a direction perpendicular to the interlayer plane of the laminate, and vibration step S3 for applying vibration to the plurality of needles while the plurality of needles is inserted into the laminate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
