The recess is located on the rear side of the moving direction M in which the moving object A is moved, and has a rear wall 56B with which the friction reducing material B contacts, with at least one of the sides other than the rear side in the movement direction M being opened. In addition, a depth dimension (H1) of the recess 55 from the lower surface 52 to the bottom surface 58 of the recess 55 is formed smaller than a thickness dimension (H2) of the friction reducing material B inserted between the bottom surface 58 of the recess 55 and the plane D.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
