To provide a sheet with perforated holes attachable by anybody without any professional attachment skill on a condensation protection product for a rear surface of a metal roof on which condensation on a rear surface of a roof is prone to occur depending on a construction situation in a building because of weakness in heat insulation performance in a recent trend where a metal roof is used to reduce cost of the building itself.SOLUTION: A sheet with perforated holes of the present invention is configured to: have five years or more weather resistance; perforated with an opening ratio of 8% or more to a sheet area; allowing rainwater to be hardly retained and outdoor wind to be hard to be affected by adopting a white sheet with near-infrared light reflection ration 70% or more; and allowing its attachment to be easily performed by any body with light metal material for a building.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】近年、工場や倉庫では、建物自体のコスト削減のため金属製の屋根を使用する傾向にあるが、断熱性能が弱いため、建物内の使用状況によっては、屋根裏面の結露が起きやすい状況になっており、金属製屋根の裏面に対する結露対策商品については、専門的な取付け技術が必要であり、誰でも簡単に取り付けることができる商品が求められている。【解決手段】本発明の有孔シートにおいては、耐候年数５年以上を有し、シート面積に対して８％以上の開口率をもたせるように孔加工を施し、近赤外線の反射率７０％以上を有する白色系のシートを採用することで、雨水が溜まらず、屋外での風の影響も受けにくい、軽くて、建築用金物を使用することで、誰でも簡単に取り付けができるようにする。【選択図】図１
