To provide an evacuation facility with a heliport for flood countermeasures, which is adapted in a case of flood, can be used effectively in normal times, and has a heliport with excellent economy and practicality.SOLUTION: An evacuation facility with a heliport for flood countermeasures has: an intermediate floor which is above the ground floor and whose floor surface is above an assumed flood immersion height; a sealable space which is provided on the intermediate floor, can be used in public at normal times, and can be evacuated at the time of flooding; an aluminum deck heliport which is provided above the intermediate floor, can be used as a rendezvous point for a doctor's helicopter in a normal state, and can transport a person or an object by a helicopter in a flood; and a step eliminating machine for lifting a stretcher between the ground floor or the intermediate floor and the heliport.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
