To reduce a risk of transmission of bacteria and viruses with a non-contact operation.SOLUTION: An electric blind device of the present invention comprises: a light-shielding part shielding outside light; a driving part moving the light-shielding part; a detecting part detecting an adjacent object in a non-contact manner; and a controlling part controlling the driving part responding to a detection of the object by the detecting part. In addition, the light-shielding part comprises a plurality of light-shielding plates arranged at predetermined intervals in a vertical direction and projecting in a horizontal direction, and a rail member which is lifted or lowered by driving of the driving part to move the plurality of light-shielding plates vertically.
