THROUGH-HOLE FILLER INSTALLATION STRUCTURE AND INSERTION MEMBER
To provide a through-hole filler installation structure and insertion member capable of suppressing waste of the filler.SOLUTION: A filler installation structure includes an insertion member 20 installed in a fireproof compartment wall. An insertion plate part 31 is inserted into a through-hole 11 and a first surface 42 of a contact plate part 41 comes into contact with a first wall surface Wa of the fireproof compartment wall W. Viewing the through-hole 11 in the thickness direction, one or a plurality of insertion members 20 are disposed at respective sides defining the through-hole 11. A frame body 19 is formed in the through-hole 11. A projecting plate part 51 is erected from an inner face 33 of an insertion plate part 31 by cutting and raising the insertion plate part 31, so as to project into the through-hole 11 between a base end 31a and a tip end 31b of the insertion plate part 31. A filler 14 fills a part between an outer face of wire/pipe materials and an inner face 33 of the insertion plate part 31 in the through-hole 11, the base end 31a side of the insertion plate part 31 with respect to the projecting plate part 51. 【課題】充填材の無駄の発生を抑制できる貫通孔の充填材設置構造及び挿入部材を提供すること。【解決手段】充填材設置構造は、防火区画壁Wに設置された挿入部材20を備える。挿入板部31は貫通孔11に挿入され、接触板部41の第1面42は防火区画壁Wの第1壁面Waに接触している。厚さ方向に貫通孔11を見て当該貫通孔11を画成する各辺に1つ又は複数の挿入部材20が配置されている。貫通孔11内には枠体19が形成されている。突出板部51は、挿入板部31の基端31aと先端31bとの間にて貫通孔11内に突出するように挿入板部31を切り起こすことで当該挿入板部31の内面33から起立している。貫通孔11での配線・配管材の外面と挿入板部31の内面33との間であって、突出板部51よりも挿入板部31の基端31a側に充填材14が充填されている。充填材14は、突出板部51に接触している。【選択図】図5
