JUMP-UP PREVENTING COVER FOR CUSHIONING MATERIAL
To provide a jump-up preventing cover for a cushioning material capable of preventing the jumping-up of the cushioning material installed on a top of a pile due to an impact when a weight is dropped, and scattering due to breakage.SOLUTION: A cushion material 3 is installed on a pile head a. A cushioning material 3 is covered with a cover body 4. The cover body 4 is configured in a cap shape from a top plate portion 4a and side plate portions 4b that cover the upper and side surfaces of the cushioning material 3. A cover body fixing member 9 is installed between the peripheral portion of the top plate portion 4a and a mount 6 to fix the cover body 4 thereon. The cover body fixing member 9 is composed of a tension member 10 made of a chain or the like, a spring member 11 and a tightening member 12 with a lever, which are respectively connected to one end side and the other end side of the tension member. The spring member 11 is connected to the mount 6 arranged around the pile head a, and the tightening member 12 with lever is connected to the edge of the top plate portion 4a. Tension is introduced into the tension member 10 by turning a lever 12a of the tightening member 12 with lever.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】重錘落下時の衝撃による、杭頭に設置されたクッション材の跳ね上りと破損にともなう飛散を防止することのできるクッション材の跳ね上り防止カバーを提供する。【解決手段】杭頭aにクッション材3を設置する。クッション材3にカバー本体4を被せる。カバー本体4はクッション材3の上面および側面を覆う天板部4aと側板部4bとからキャップ状に構成する。天板部4aの周縁部と架台6との間にカバー本体固定部材9を設置してカバー本体4を固定する。カバー本体固定部材9はチェーン等からなる緊張材10とその一端側部と他端側部にそれぞれ接続されたバネ部材11とレバー付き締付け部材12とから構成する。バネ部材11は杭頭aの周囲に配置された架台6に連結し、レバー付き締付け部材12は天板部4aの縁端部に連結する。レバー付き締付け部材12のレバー12aを回して緊張材10に張力を導入する。【選択図】図1
