CORNER PART STRUCTURE OF DOOR BODY
To provide a connection structure with increased strength when screwing a corner part X between the lower edge of the door leading end side of a vertical stile member 5 that is wide in the right and left direction and the edge of a lower stile member 7 using a connection fixture 13.SOLUTION: Into a corner part X with a horizontal stile member fitted into an L-shaped notch 5d formed by first and second notched edges 5h and 5i at the bottom edge of a vertical stile member 5, a connection fixture 13 is assembled which has a first side 13a that contacts an inner member of the vertical stile member 5, a second side 13b that extends along the first notched side 5h, and a third side 13c placed between the second notched side 5i and the horizontal stile member 7; the first side 13a is fixed to the vertical stile member with screws 14 screwed in from the inside of a door body; and the third side 13c is fixed to the horizontal stile member together with the vertical stile member 5 via the screws 14 that screw in from the outside of the vertical stile member 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】左右幅広な戸先側の縦框材５の下端縁部と下側横框材７の端縁部とのコーナー部Ｘを、連結金具１３を用いてビス固定するにあたり、強度アップされた連結構造とする。【解決手段】縦框材５の下端縁部に、第一、第二切り欠き辺部５ｈ、５ｉにより形成したＬ字形の切り欠き部５ｄに横框材を嵌入組み込みしたコーナー部Ｘに、縦框材５の内側部材に当接する第一辺部１３ａと、第一切り欠き辺部５ｈに沿う第二辺部１３ｂと、第二切り欠き辺部５ｉと横框材７とのあいだに配される第三辺部１３ｃとを存した連結金具１３を組み込み、第一辺部１３ａをドア体内側から螺入するビス１４により縦框材に固定し、第三辺部１３ｃを、縦框材５の外側から螺入するビス１４を介して縦框材５と共に横框材に固定する。【選択図】図７
