To provide a scaffold, as a three-dimensionally movable ladder, for workers in a work site.SOLUTION: A scaffold structure 10 that provides a scaffold, as a ladder 40, for workers in a work site comprises: (a) four posts 50 such that two pairs of posts, each pair having posts neighboring each other in a front-rear direction, are respectively a left post pair and a right post pair; (b) a left-right pair of up-down sliders 60, 60 supported respectively by both the post pairs slidably in an up-down direction, each up-down slider connecting the two posts belonging to the corresponding post pair to each other; (c) a front-rear slider 70 connecting both the post pairs to each other and supported on both sides by the respective up-down sliders in the pair slidably in the front-rear direction; (d) a left-right slider 80 supported by the front-rear slider slidably in the left-right direction; and (e) a holder 90 formed in the left-right slider and configured to hold the ladder 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
