To prevent a flame from being routed into the ceiling space through a hole for an electric equipment module opened in a ceiling board in the case of a fire in a building.SOLUTION: A fire-resistant cover 10 for an electric equipment module 2 is provided with a soft cover material 11 including a soft fire-resistant layer 12. The soft cover material 11 can be folded or overlapped so as to be able to pass through an electric equipment module installation hole 3 formed in a ceiling 1 of a building, and can be deployed to cover the electric equipment module 2 from behind the ceiling.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
