METHOD FOR REPAIRING HOLLOW FLOOR SLAB AND HOLLOW FLOOR SLAB
To improve quality of a hollow floor slab.SOLUTION: When repairing a hollow floor slab 16 in a bridge 10, a plurality of through holes 28 communicating with a cavity part 24 of the hollow floor slab 16 are formed in the longitudinal direction of the cavity part 24. Next, a foam material M is injected from a nozzle 30 inserted into the through hole 28 toward one side in the longitudinal direction in the cavity part 24. Repeatedly, the foam material M is ejected in one direction in the length direction in the cavity part 24 from a nozzle 30 inserted into another through hole 28 located at the other side in the length direction in the cavity part 24 than in the previous through hole 28. Thus, the cavity part 24 is filled with the foam F obtained by foaming the foam material M to repair the hollow floor slab 16.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】品質を向上する。【解決手段】橋梁10における中空床版16の補修に際して、中空床版16の空洞部24に通じる通孔28を、空洞部24の長さ方向に複数形成する。次に、通孔28に挿入したノズル30から空洞部24における長さ方向の一方へ向けて発泡体材料Mを噴射する。先の通孔28よりも空洞部24における長さ方向の他方へ位置する別の通孔28に挿入したノズル30から空洞部24における長さ方向の一方へ向けて発泡体材料Mを噴射することを繰り返す。これにより、発泡体材料Mから発泡して得られる発泡体Fを、空洞部24に充填して、中空床版16を補修する。【選択図】図2
