To provide a foundation structure allowing a foundation to be simplified to reduce a material cost and a construction cost.SOLUTION: A foundation structure 1 is provided with column leg bodies 10 supporting a structure (cradle 2 for solar panels) constructed on the ground surface, the leg bodies 10 being provided with a first column leg body 11 having a direct foundation part 14 and a second column leg body 12 having a pile foundation part 16. The first column leg body 11 is connected on at least one of the second column leg body 12 and a buried support column 30 independently buried in the ground through a tension resistance member 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
