PILE JOINT STRUCTURE, PILE CONNECTION METHOD, AND PILE CONNECTION JOINT MEMBER
To provide a joint structure of a pile which has high forward rotation torque transmission performance necessary for a rotary pile construction method, etc., and pull-out prevention performance in reverse rotation, and which can be removed in the event of a construction trouble.SOLUTION: At an end of a pile, a tapered male screw portion, a pile-side shoulder portion forming an annular plane extending substantially along a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the pile on the base end side of the male screw portion, and an annular tip surface along the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the pile at the tip of the pile are formed. A joint member is formed in a cylindrical shape, and a female screw portion, a joint member-side shoulder portion forming an annular plane along the direction substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the joint member on the base end side of the female screw portion, and an annular tip surface along a direction substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the joint member at the tip of the joint member are formed at both ends of the joint member. In a state where the male screw portion and the female screw portion are screwed together, the annular tip surface of the joint member abuts the pile-side shoulder portion in a pressed state. 【課題】回転杭工法等に必要な高い正回転トルク伝達性能、および逆転時の抜け防止性能を持ち、しかも、施工トラブル時には取り外し可能な杭の継手構造を提供する。【解決手段】杭の端部に、テーパー状の雄ネジ部と、該雄ネジ部の基端側でほぼ杭の長手方向に直交する方向に沿って広がる環状平面をなす杭側ショルダ部と、杭の先端でほぼ杭の長手方向に直交する方向に沿う環状先端面と、が形成され、継手部材は、筒状に形成されるとともに、その両端部に、雌ネジ部と、該雌ネジ部の基端側でほぼ継手部材の長手方向に直交する方向に沿う環状平面をなす継手部材側ショルダ部と、継手部材の先端でほぼ継手部材の長手方向に直交する方向に沿う環状先端面と、がそれぞれ形成され、雄ネジ部と雌ネジ部とが螺合した状態で、継手部材の環状先端面が杭側ショルダ部に押圧状態に当接し、杭の環状先端面が継手部材側ショルダ部に押圧状態に当接している。【選択図】図1
