To provide an earth retaining wall which can suppress adverse effect in construction by pressurized underground water and can be easily cut by a cutter of a shield excavation machine, and to provide a construction method of the earth retaining wall.SOLUTION: An earth retaining wall 100 comprises: an underground continuous wall 10 having a core material 11 and soil cement 12 burying the core material 11; and an anchor 20 reinforcing the underground continuous wall 10. The anchor 20 is inserted into a resin guide pipe 30 fitted to a spare hole 20p formed in the soil cement 12, along an axial direction of a prepared hole 20d for an anchor storing the anchor 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
【課題】被圧された地下水による施工時の悪影響を抑制でき、シールド掘削機のカッターによって切削し易い土留壁及び土留壁の施工方法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】土留壁１００は、芯材１１及び芯材１１を埋めるソイルセメント１２を有する地中連続壁１０と、地中連続壁１０を補強するアンカー２０と、を備えている。アンカー２０は、アンカー２０を収容するアンカー用下孔２０ｄの軸方向に沿って、ソイルセメント１２に形成される予備孔２０ｐに嵌る樹脂製ガイド管３０に挿通されている。【選択図】図９
