FUTON BASKET MAKING METHOD
To provide a futon basket in which a curved part can be easily made when the laying direction of the futon basket is curved.SOLUTION: A futon basket includes: a rectangular bottom net; a front net which is connected to one of the opposing long sides of the bottom net and erected vertically from the bottom net; a rear net which is connected to the other opposite long side of the bottom net and erected vertically from the bottom net; and an end side net which is connected to one of the opposing short sides of the bottom net and erected vertically from the bottom net. The connecting parts between the bottom net and the front net and between the bottom net and the rear net are composed of multiple flexible wire materials which are provided across the members to be connected. By cutting the wire materials, the connecting parts can form a separation part by cutting a predetermined length from the end on the opposite side of the end net, and the front net and the rear side net can be curved or bent in the front-rear direction at the end parts of the separation part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
