METHOD FOR ESTIMATING DESIGN UNDRAINED SHEAR STRENGTH OF COHESIVE SOIL
To provide a method capable of simply and accurately estimating the design undrained shear strength of cohesive soil in target ground.SOLUTION: Based on measurement data of a cone penetration test for target ground G or a test result of a shear test using a specimen made of cohesive soil collected from the target ground G, a strength increase rate in a normal consolidation state of the cohesive soil of the target ground G is calculated. Then, the reciprocal of the multiplier that approximates, to the strength increase rate in the normal consolidation state of the cohesive soil, the slope of approximate straight line showing increase ratio of effective cone tip resistance to effective overburden pressure of the cohesive soil calculated based on the measurement data of the cone penetration test is adopted as the cone coefficient. Based on the cone coefficient and the effective cone tip resistance calculated based on the measurement data of the cone penetration test, the design undrained shear strength of the cohesive soil of the target ground G is estimated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】対象地盤の粘性土の設計用非排水せん断強さを簡便により精度よく推定できる方法を提供する。【解決手段】対象地盤Gに対するコーン貫入試験の測定データまたは対象地盤Gから採取した粘性土で作製した供試体を用いたせん断試験の試験結果に基づいて、対象地盤Gの粘性土の正規圧密状態における強度増加率を算出する。そして、コーン貫入試験の測定データに基づいて算出される粘性土の有効土被り圧に対する実効コーン先端抵抗の増加割合を示す近似直線の傾きを、粘性土の正規圧密状態における強度増加率に近似させる乗数の逆数をコーン係数として採用し、そのコーン係数とコーン貫入試験の測定データに基づいて算出される実効コーン先端抵抗とに基づいて対象地盤Gの粘性土の設計用非排水せん断強さを推定する。【選択図】図1
