To evaluate performance of an anti-fouling coating film applied onto a plate exposed to actual flow of a fluid.SOLUTION: A tabular substrate 1 having an anti-fouling coating film applied thereto is stored in a storing case 2, and a test fluid (seawater-agent) is circulated from a fluid inflow passage 3 into the case 2 along a substrate 1 surface, and the state of a film thickness of the anti-fouling coating film on the substrate 1 and attachment of organisms or the like after circulation of the fluid, is evaluated by evaluation means 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】流体の実際の流れにさらされた状態で板材に塗布された防汚塗膜の性能を評価する。【解決手段】防汚塗膜が塗布される板状の基材１を収容するケース２に収容し、流体流入路３から、基材１の面に沿って試験流体（海水・薬剤）をケース２に流通させ、試験流体が流通した後の基材１の防汚塗膜の膜厚や生物の付着状況等の状態を評価手段５で評価する。【選択図】 図１
