To provide a liquid chemical for soil stabilization that has a small amount of bleeding even when the gel time is lengthened and can self-support in a short time, a method for producing the liquid chemical for soil stabilization, and a ground stabilization construction method.SOLUTION: Provided is a liquid chemical for soil stabilization that contains a main material liquid containing hydraulic cement, inorganic alkali metal carbonate and water, a hardening material liquid containing bentonite, alumina cement and water, and a gypsum in at least one of the main material liquid and the hardening material liquid. A method for producing liquid chemical for soil stabilization that comprises a step of mixing the main material liquid and the hardening material liquid. A ground stabilization construction method comprises injecting the liquid chemical for soil stabilization into the ground.
