To provide a waterproof sheet bonding device that can supply a liquid material containing a solvent or an adhesive to an overlapping portion between waterproof sheets to be supplied with the liquid material, with excellent accuracy, even when a floor to be covered with the waterproof sheet includes a level difference, and a waterproof sheet bonding method using the waterproof sheet bonding device.SOLUTION: A waterproof sheet bonding device 1 has: a supply system 10 that supplies a liquid material to a waterproof sheet 100B from a nozzle 5; and a travel system 9 that has a vehicle body 91 and a wheel 92B rotatably supported by the vehicle body 91 and travels together with the supply system 10 as the wheel 92B rotates. The travel system 9 has a nozzle support part 3 that is linked to the front side of the vehicle body 91 and supports the nozzle 5. The nozzle support part 3 supports the nozzle 5 to be movable in the vertical direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
