FIRE COMPARTMENT PENETRATION KIT
To provide a fire compartment penetration kit which can improve the cutoff performance of an aluminum pipe having a notched hole.SOLUTION: A fire compartment penetration kit comprises: an aluminum pipe 2 having a notched hole 3 penetrating in a thickness direction; a thermal expansion material 4 arranged over an entire external peripheral face 21 of the aluminum pipe 2, and entirely covering the notched hole 3; a cover member 5 arranged at an external peripheral side of the thermal expansion material, and entirely covering an external peripheral face 42 of the thermal expansion material 4; and a press-sealing member 7 located in a position not overlapped on the notched hole 3 in a radial view of the aluminum pipe 2 over an entire periphery between the external peripheral face 42 of the thermal expansion material 4 and an internal peripheral face 51 of the cover member 5, pressing the thermal expansion material 4 to a side of the aluminum pipe 2 by being pressed by the cover member 5, and sealing a clearance between the internal peripheral face 41 of the thermal expansion material 4 and an external peripheral face 21 of the aluminum pipe 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】切欠孔を有するアルミニウム管の止水性を向上させることができる防火区画貫通キットを提供する。【解決手段】厚み方向に貫通する切欠孔3を有するアルミニウム管2と、アルミニウム管2の外周面21全体に亘って配置されて切欠孔3全体を覆う熱膨張材4と、熱膨張材の外周側に設けられて熱膨張材4の外周面42全体を覆うカバー部材5と、熱膨張材4の外周面42とカバー部材5の内周面51との間で全周に亘ってアルミニウム管2の径方向視で切欠孔3と重ならない位置にあって、カバー部材5によって押圧されることにより熱膨張材4をアルミニウム管2の側に押圧し、熱膨張材4の内周面41とアルミニウム管2の外周面21との間の隙間を封止する押圧封止部材7と、を備えた。【選択図】図1
