HYDRAULIC COMPOSITION, CURED MATTER, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF HYDRAULIC COMPOSITION
To provide a hydraulic composition capable of producing a cured matter having sufficient strength and low water absorptivity.SOLUTION: A hydraulic composition comprises: (A) cement; (B) polyalcohol being an optional component; (C) polyvalent isocyanate; and (D) a urethane compound including residue of the polyalcohol and residue of the polyvalent isocyanate. When the hydraulic composition comprises the (B) component, the (B) component includes the polyalcohol included in the (D) component as the residue and the (C) component includes the polyvalent isocyanate included in the (D) component as the residue, and the total amount of the (B) to (D) components satisfies at least one of the following conditions (1) and (2): (1) being 18 pts.mass or lower relative to 100 pts.mass of the (A) component; and (2) being 4.15 mass% or lower relative to 100 mass% of the total amount of the hydraulic composition.SELECTED DRAWING: None
