SELF-SERVICE RESTAURANT STRUCTURE
To provide a self-service restaurant structure which easily reduces conversations between the guests during meal, which can effectively prevent the guests from facing each other by a complication of the traffic line of the guests in an eating area and which is effective in infection measures.SOLUTION: A restaurant floor is divided between an eating area 6 at a front side and a kitchen area 7 at a back side by a kitchen partition wall 14. In the eating area 6, a plurality of tables 10 with a seating direction fixed to the front are arranged in a matrix shape, a table row group 50 includes a plurality of table rows 51-55 in which the tables 10 are arranged in a longitudinal direction across seating space 11 are arranged across passages 71-75, and food and drink preparation space 15 is formed at the back side and exit space 16 is formed at the front side. A guest entrance 8 in communication with the food and drink preparation space 15 and a guest exit 9 in communication with the exit space 16 are formed at restaurant walls 2-4 and a food supply port 60 is formed at the kitchen partition wall 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】食事中の客同士の会話を抑制しやすく、かつ飲食エリア上の客の動線錯綜により客同士の鉢合わせを効果的に回避でき、ひいては感染対策上有効となるセルフサービス飲食店舗構造を提供する。【解決手段】店舗フロア部が厨房区画壁部14により前方側の飲食エリア6と後方側の厨房エリア7とに仕切られる。飲食エリア6には着座方向を前方に固定した複数のテーブル10がマトリックス状にレイアウトされ、テーブル列群50は、座席スペース11を隔ててテーブル10を前後に配列したテーブル列51~55を、通路部71~75を隔てて左右に複数配置したものであり、その後方側には飲食準備スペース15が形成され、前方側には退出スペース16が形成される。店舗壁部2~4には飲食準備スペース15に連通する客入口8と退出スペース16に連通する客出口9とが形成されるとともに、厨房区画壁部14には、料理提供口60が形成される。【選択図】図1
