To effectively reduce a heavy floor impact sound propagated from an upper floor to a lower floor.SOLUTION: A ceiling structure 2 for reducing a floor impact sound of a building comprises a ceiling plate 20 arranged under a floor slab 4 with a gap left and a plurality of vibration control bodies 22 mounted on the ceiling plate 20. The vibration control bodies 22 each comprise a vibration control material 24 including many granules and a box body 26 accommodating the vibration control material 24.
