To provide a manufacturing method of a soil solidification composition capable of manufacturing easily the highly-strong soil solidification composition.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of a soil solidification composition including emulsion containing cation polymer, anion polymer and salt. The manufacturing method of the soil solidification composition has a step of adding the anion polymer to the salt in the presence of water, and further preferably has a step of adding the emulsion, after the step of adding the anion polymer to the salt.SELECTED DRAWING: None
