To provide a ventilator capable of closing a space between a frame and a movable member in the case of fire.SOLUTION: A ventilator 100 comprises: a frame body 1 formed with an opening S1 penetrating in an indoor and outdoor direction; a movable member 4 arranged inside the opening S1 and moving in the indoor and outdoor direction to open and close the opening S1; and heated foam materials 101, 102 provided in the opening S1. The heated foam materials 101, 102 are arranged inside the stroke of the movable member 4 moving in the indoor and outdoor direction, and the heated foam materials 101, 102 are arranged along the indoor and outdoor direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
