To improve waterproof performance by eliminating the shortage of a pressing force to the floor surface of a width intermediate part of a waterproof plate.SOLUTION: A waterproof plate pressing device 10 is fitted to a waterproof plate device 1. The waterproof plate device 1 comprises waterproof plates 3A, 3B, and 3C for blocking incursion of water, and at least a pair of guide rails 2L, 2R for holding both width ends of the waterproof plates 3A, 3B, and 3C. The waterproof plate pressing device 10 comprises: an erection part 11 hung to be fitted between the guide rails 2L, 2R which hold the waterproof plates 3A, 3B, and 3C; and a pressing part 12 provided in the width intermediate part of at least the erection part 11 to press the width intermediate parts of the waterproof plates 3A, 3B, and 3C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
