SCRIBING DEVICE FOR BRIDGE GIRDER
To avoid or reduce the action of a bending moment on a marking rod in a use state even in a bridge girder having an inclined upper surface in recording a locus of relative displacement, when, in an earthquake or the like, the bridge girder is relatively displaced with respect to a lower structure between the bridge girder and the lower structure.SOLUTION: A scribing device for bridge girders is composed of a support member 2 joined to the lower surface of a bridge girder component 9 fixed to the bottom side of a bridge girder 12 and overhanging to the side of a lower structure 13 supporting the bridge girder 12, a scribing rod 3 supported by the support member 2, and a splice plate 4 which supports ascribing rod 3 in a freely liftable manner and is joined along a support member 2; a splice plate 4 is rotatably connected around a support shaft 21 supported by a support member 2 in a horizontal direction, an arc-shaped guide groove 22a is formed at least either above or below the support shaft 21 of at least either of the receiving plate 22 which the splice plate 4 overlaps and the splice plate 4, and while pivoting the splice plate 4 to the support shaft 21, it is connected to the receiving plate 22 in a fixed state in the guide groove 22a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】橋桁と下部構造との間で、地震時等に橋桁が下部構造に対して相対変位したときに相対変位の軌跡を記録する上で、上面に傾斜が付けられる橋桁においても、使用状態で罫書き棒への曲げモーメントの作用を回避、または低減する。【解決手段】橋桁12の底面側に固定された橋桁構成材9の下面に接合され、橋桁12を支持する下部構造13側へ張り出す支持部材2と、支持部材2に支持される罫書き棒3と、罫書き棒3を昇降自在に支持し、支持部材2に沿って接合される添え板4から罫書き装置1を構成し、水平に向けて支持部材2に支持される支持軸21の回りに添え板4を回転可能に接続し、添え板4が重なる受け板22と添え板4の少なくともいずれかの、支持軸21の上方と下方の少なくともいずれかに円弧状の案内溝22aを形成し、添え板4を支持軸21に軸支させながら、案内溝22aにおいて受け板22に固定状態で接続する。【選択図】図1
