CONNECTION METHOD OF SHELL
To provide a method that can connect shells between concrete members even when it rains or snows.SOLUTION: Inside the end part 46 of an intermediate shell 40 on a second shell 30 side, a one-side end processing step of pushing in a first surplus part 51 of the end of a sheet-like material 50 and an other side end processing step of twisting and closing a second surplus part 52 of the end of the sheet-like material at the end part of the intermediate shell on a first shell side are performed, and second step of inserting the intermediate shell covered with the sheet material into the second shell is performed. Then, a one-side removing step is performed in which the intermediate shell is brought close to the second shell and inserted into the inside of the second shell, and then the end part of the sheet-like material on the second shell side is separated from the intermediate shell. Subsequently, after the intermediate shell is brought close to the first shell, an other side removal step is performed in which the end part of the sheet-like material on the first shell side is detached from the intermediate shell, a fourth step of inserting the intermediate shell into the first shell is performed and a pull-out removal step is performed to completely remove the sheet-like material from the intermediate shell.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】雨や雪の降る天候であってもコンクリート部材間の管体を接続できる方法を提供する。【解決手段】中間管体40の第二管体30側の端部46の内部に、シート状物50の端部の第一余剰部51を押し込む一方側端処理工程と、シート状物の端部の第二余剰部52を中間管体の第一管体側の端部で捩って閉じる他方側端処理工程とを行い、シート状物で覆った中間管体を第二管体に差し込む第2工程を行う。そして、中間管体を第二管体に接近させ、第二管体の内部に差し込んだ後に中間管体からシート状物の第二管体側の端部を離脱させる一方側除去工程を行う。続いて、中間管体を第一管体に接近させた後、中間管体からシート状物の第一管体側の端部を離脱させる他方側除去工程を行い、中間管体を第一管体に差し込む第4工程を行い、シート状物を中間管体から完全に離脱する引き抜き除去工程を行う。【選択図】図3
