REINFORCEMENT BURYING METHOD INTO WOODEN MEMBER
To provide a method for surely and firmly jointing a wooden member to a non-joint member in short time, by using both of a dielectric heating method and a heat-conduction heating method, and a method for firmly reinforcing the wooden member in short time.SOLUTION: A reinforcement burying method into a wooden member is a method for burying a reinforcement into the wooden member, and comprises: a boring step of boring reinforcement burying holes into the wooden member; a reinforcement inserting step of inserting the reinforcement into the reinforcement burying holes; an adhesive filling step of filling an epoxy adhesive into the reinforcement burying holes; an applying step of applying high-frequency power by arranging a pair of electrodes across the wooden member, along a longitudinal direction of the reinforcement burying holes; and an adhesive hardening step of hardening the adhesive by heating the adhesive in the wooden member by application. In the adhesive hardening step, the application of the high-frequency power is adjusted so that an inner temperature of the wooden member does not exceed 100°C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】 誘電加熱方法と熱伝導加熱方法の双方を用いて、木製部材を非接合部材に短時間で確実に且つ強固に接合するための方法、及び、木製部材を短時間で且つ強固に補強するための方法の提供。【解決手段】 本発明に係る木製部材内への補強筋埋設方法は、木製部材内に補強筋を埋設する方法であって、上記木製部材に補強筋埋設用孔を穿設する孔穿設工程と、該補強筋埋設用孔に上記補強筋を挿入する補強筋挿入工程と、上記補強筋埋設用孔内にエポキシ系接着剤を充填する接着剤充填工程と、上記補強筋埋設用孔の長手方向に沿って且つ上記木製部材を挟んで一対の電極を配し高周波電力を印加する印加工程と、該印加によって上記木製部材内の上記接着剤を加熱して当該接着剤を硬化させる接着剤硬化工程を備え、該接着剤硬化工程において、上記木製部材の内部温度が100℃を超えないように上記高周波電力の印加を調整する。【選択図】 図3
