To provide a column-beam joint structure exerting excellent fireproof performance, while keeping the preferable fixing state and appearance of a joint part, and a construction method thereof.SOLUTION: There is provided column-beam joint structure 100 for jointing a wooden column 1 to a beam 2 at a joint part "a". The beam 2 has an upper side flange 21, a lower side flange 22, a web connecting the upper side flange 21 to the lower side flange 22, a concrete part 26 filled with concrete at both sides of the web in a region b2 of the joint part "a" side, and a fireproof covering part covered with a fireproofing covering material outside the concrete part 26 in the region b2 on the joint part "a" side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
