To provide a ground reinforcement structure allowing reinforcement to be carried out using small sized piles allowing a construction to be carried out with a small machine.SOLUTION: A ground reinforcement structure for reinforcing a ground under a building 1 has: a plurality of reinforcement members 2 composed of a reinforcement core material 21 inserted into the ground and having the periphery solidified with a filler and a pressure receiving body 22 connected to an upper part of the reinforcement core material 21; and a stress transfer layer 3 composed of granular backfilling material such as sandy soil, crushed rock, improvement soil, and lightweight banking material right under a bottom surface 11 of the building 1, wherein the pressure receiving body 22 is arranged in the stress transfer layer 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
