To provide an entering/leaving management system capable of suppressing a reduction of a security level of an entering/leaving restricted area.SOLUTION: An entering/leaving management system includes: a first electric lock 4 and a first individual authentication information input apparatus 5 provided corresponding to a first door 105; a second electric lock 6 and a second individual authentication information input apparatus 7 provided corresponding to a second door 108; an electric lock control apparatus 3; and a storage apparatus 201 storing a first table in which individual authentication information is registered and a second table in which individual authentication information is registered. The electric lock control apparatus 3 can be switched between a normal mode to control operation of the first electric lock 4 using the individual authentication information input into the first individual authentication information input apparatus 5 and the individual authentication information registered in the first table, and an abnormal occurrence mode to control operation of the first electric lock 4 using the individual authentication information input into the first individual authentication information input apparatus 5 and the individual authentication information registered in the second table.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
