BACKER AND JOINT STRUCTURE
To provide a backer which is superior in water-tightness and drainage property.SOLUTION: A backer 1 supports a sealing material 6 placed at a joint 5 formed between two mutually adjacent panels P1 and P2. The backer 1 is a columnar body which has a length direction in the direction in which the joint 5 extends. The columnar body has two contact parts 10 and 10 which contact the two panels P1 and P2 respectively and a drain channel formation part 11 which forms a drain channel on the opposite side of the sealing material 6. In a section orthogonal to the length direction of the columnar body, the contact parts 10 and 10 are arcuate to be convex toward the panels P1 and P2, and the drain channel formation part 11 is concave.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】水密性と排水性とに共に優れるバッカーを提供する。【解決手段】バッカー１は、互いに隣り合う２つのパネルＰ１，Ｐ２の間に形成される目地５に配置されるシーリング材６を支持する。バッカー１は、目地５が延びる方向を長手方向とする柱状体である。柱状体は、２つのパネルＰ１，Ｐ２の各々に接触する２つの接触部１０，１０と、シーリング材６の反対側に排水路を形成する排水路形成部１１とを有する。柱状体の長手方向と直交する方向の断面において、接触部１０，１０はパネルＰ１，Ｐ２に向かって凸となる円弧状であり、かつ排水路形成部１１は凹状であることを特徴とする。【選択図】図１
