BALLAST TRACK REPAIR METHOD, REPAIR MATERIAL THEREOF, AND BALLAST TRACK
To provide a ballast track repair method capable of preventing reduction in strength of road-based ballast by simple work, a repair material thereof, and road-based ballast.SOLUTION: The repair method is a method for repairing, by using a repair material M, a ballast track 2 holding a sleeper 4 by road-based ballast 6, and comprises a mixing step of mixing the existing road-based ballast 6 below the sleeper 4 with the repair material M containing rapid hardening cement and a polymer coagulant but not water. The mixing step includes a step of mixing the repair material M containing an acrylamide-based polymer coagulant with the existing road-based ballast 6. The repair method comprises a boring step of boring a repair material input hole 5a in the ballast track 2 toward below the sleeper 4, and a repair material input step of inputting the repair material M into the repair material input hole 5a. The mixing step includes a step of pushing the existing road-based ballast 6 and the repair material M into below the sleeper 4 by using a beater T and mixing the existing road-based ballast 6 with the repair material M.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】簡単な作業によって道床バラストの強度低下を防止することができるバラスト軌道の補修方法とその補修材及び道床バラストを提供する。【解決手段】補修方法は、道床バラスト6によってまくらぎ4を保持するバラスト軌道2を補修材Mによって補修する方法であり、まくらぎ4下の既設の道床バラスト6と、超速硬セメント及び高分子凝集剤を含有し、水を含有しない補修材Mとを混合する混合工程を含む。混合工程は、アクリルアミド系の高分子凝集剤を含有する補修材Mと既設の道床バラスト6とを混合する工程を含む。補修方法は、まくらぎ4下に向けてバラスト軌道2に補修材投入穴5aをあける穴あけ工程と、補修材Mを補修材投入穴5aに投入する補修材投入工程を含み、混合工程は既設の道床バラスト6と補修材Mとをまくらぎ4下にタイタンパTによってつき入れて、既設の道床バラスト6と補修材Mとを混合する工程を含む。【選択図】図6
