To provide a sash airtight structure and a building which are capable of suppressing air leakage between a metal frame and a non-metal frame.SOLUTION: A sash airtight structure according to the present invention includes a sash frame disposed in an opening formed in an outer wall, in which the sash frame includes a metal frame positioned on the outdoor side and a non-metal frame connected to the indoor side of the metal frame, and includes an airtight member that is in contact with a surface of the metal frame and a surface of the non-metal frame in the sash frame.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
