To provide a glazing gasket and a window glass improved in assembly efficiency when installing a glass plate with the glazing gasket on a sash.SOLUTION: A glazing gasket 50 is a glazing gasket attached to a periphery of a glass plate, and has a U-shaped body portion 52 with a U-shaped vertical cross-section, having a bottom portion 52A, a pair of corner portions 52B, 52B in contact with both edges of the bottom portion 52A, and a pair of side wall portions 52C, 52C erected from the corner portions 52B, 52B, respectively, a pair of seal portions 54, 54 each extending obliquely upward from the upper portion of the side wall portion toward the main surface of the glass plate, and a pair of cushioning materials 60, 60 provided inside the side wall portions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
