METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING CAST-IN-PLACE CONCRETE PILE, AND CAST-IN-PLACE CONCRETE PILE
To provide a method for constructing a cast-in-place concrete pile and a cast-in-place concrete pile which can secure bearing strength even when a distance between a pile axial part center and a site boundary is short.SOLUTION: A method for constructing a cast-in-place concrete pile includes a shaft part excavation hole formation step, a coaxial expanded bottom part excavation hole formation step, a lower stage expanded bottom part formation step of inserting an excavation machine for an expanded bottom into an excavation hole 22A of vertical expanded bottom part, decentering and arranging a central axis of the excavation machine for the expanded bottom with respect to a central axis O of a shaft part, excavating a hole wall of the excavation hole 22A of the vertical expanded bottom part while expanding and extending an extended blade of the excavation machine for the expanded bottom, and forming an excavation hole 23A of the lower stage expanded bottom part; and a concrete placing step of placing concrete on each of excavation holes 22A and 23A of the shaft part, the upper stage expanded bottom part, the vertical expanded bottom part and the lower stage expanded bottom part, wherein the method performs the lower stage expanded bottom part formation step a plurality of times, and the excavation holes 23A of all the lower stage expanded bottom parts do not exceed a boundary line L1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】杭軸部中心と敷地境界との距離が短くても支持耐力を確保可能な場所打ちコンクリート杭の構築方法及び場所打ちコンクリート杭を提供する。【解決手段】場所打ちコンクリート杭の構築方法は、軸部掘削孔形成工程と、同軸拡底部掘削孔形成工程と、拡底用掘削機を鉛直拡底部の掘削孔22Aに挿入するとともに、拡底用掘削機の中心軸を軸部の中心軸Oに対して偏心させて配置し、鉛直拡底部の掘削孔22Aの孔壁を拡底用掘削機の拡張翼を拡げながら拡張するように掘削して下段拡底部の掘削孔23Aを形成する下段拡底部形成工程と、軸部、上段拡底部、鉛直拡底部及び下段拡底部の各掘削孔22A,23Aにコンクリートを打設するコンクリート打設工程と、を備え、下段拡底部形成工程を複数回行い、全ての下段拡底部の掘削孔23Aが境界線L1を越えない。【選択図】図5
