To provide a dielectric ceramic composition and a capacitor component that can satisfy X7R or X7S temperature characteristics and improving reliability even when fired under reducing atmosphere conditions to which a BME internal electrode layer can be applied.SOLUTION: A capacitor component includes a main body including a dielectric layer and an internal electrode layer, and an external electrode disposed on the main body and connected to the internal electrode layer. The color of the surface of the main body satisfies R≤30, G≤30, and B≤40 on the basis of R/G/B, and the dielectric constant of the dielectric layer is 2000 or more and 4000 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
