METHOD FOR PRODUCING CEMENT ADDITIVES AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING CEMENT FORMULATION
To provide a method for producing cement additives which can constitute a highly waterproof cementitious composition while being a powder of fine polymer particles.SOLUTION: Powdery granular materials used in the manufacture of cement additives of the invention are obtained by the following steps of: adding a spacer which is a water-soluble polymer (B) to the latex containing polymer fine particles (A); adding a coagulant (C) to the latex to form agglomerate of the polymer fine particles (A); and obtaining the powdery granular materials of the polymer fine particles (A) by separating the agglomerate from the aqueous phase and drying them. In the method of the invention, the water-soluble polymer (B) may be a polycarboxylic acid type dispersant and/or polyvinyl alcohol, and the coagulating agent (C) may be an inorganic salt.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】ポリマー微粒子の粉末でありながら、防水性が良好なセメント質組成物を構成し得るセメント用添加剤を製造する方法の提供。【解決手段】ポリマー微粒子(A)を含むラテックスに、水溶性高分子(B)であるスペーサーを添加し、前記ラテックスに、更に、凝固剤(C)を添加して、ポリマー微粒子(A)の凝集体を形成し、前記凝集体を水相から分離し、乾燥させて、ポリマー微粒子(A)の粉粒体を得る。水溶性高分子(B)は、ポリカルボン酸系分散剤、及び/又は、ポリビニルアルコールであってよい。凝固剤(C)は無機塩であってよい。【選択図】なし
